Middle School Athletes

ANDROID ATHLETICS

The Riverside STEM Academy strives to offer students the most enriching educational environment possible. We believe participation in athletics offers learning opportunities outside of the classroom to develop traits critical to their future success. These include teamwork, team pride, hard work, the ability to overcome adversity, problem solving, dedication, time management, honesty, integrity, self discipline, and strategic thinking. Plus, the lifelong benefits of a healthy and active lifestyle are a priceless component of your child's growth overall.

Athletic programs at the middle school level require community involvement to be successful. If you are interested in coaching or assisting with a sport, please reach out to our Assistant Principal’s secretary, Fabiola Vargas.

These are one-time tournament sports. Only 7th and 8th grade students are allowed to participate at this time. They will also be required to have a current sports physical along with code of ethics (2 forms). Students will be required to maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher and are also reminded to adhere to and be held responsible for complying with the acceptable school behavior policy. They will be playing with RUSD middle schools only.

Sports offered:
